Moody violet-rose blooms with a velvety, wine-dark center and layers of finely pleated petals. Colour shifts from rich plum to dusky raspberry as the flower opens—striking and sophisticated on long, elegant stems. Typical bloom size 6–9 cm; plant height 30–45 cm

Growing
Pre-sprout by soaking for 4 hours. Then place in damp compost
in crates and keep in a cool dark place for 14 days.
Plant in full sun
15 – 20 cm spacing
If planted in crates 20 corms per crate.
You can get up to 15 stems per corm in a season.

Harvest
To harvest ranunculus flowers, cut the stems at an angle when
the buds are just starting to open, coloured marshmallow stage.
Place them immediately in a vase with fresh water. Ranunculus
have a vase life of about 7-10 days if properly cared for,
changing the water every few days and re-cutting the stems.
Each pack contains 10 premium corms — R185 per pack.
