Delivery Policy

Shipping

 

We ship online orders within 3 – 5 working days for items that are in stock. Should that item carry a longer time to have made, such as custom vases, the custom toolbelt or printed items like aprons or rain coats, this will take up to 14 working days should the item not be in stock.

 

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods such as flowers, seeds, plants, corms or tubers.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Growing guides

Floral prints

Any used items such as shears or toolbelts

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once you have purchased an item or event from the website, so please be aware of your dates and also the item which you are purchasing. We aren’t unreasonable and should there be special circumstances, please communicate this with us via email and we will address these circumstances individually. This does not mean a refund but rather a voucher or another chance to come to another event will be offered depending on the circumstances.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@femmepetaleflowers.co.za and send your item to:

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the above address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable from your original order once the parcel has been returned in the same condition it was received in.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will then rectify this order at our expense and get the parcel back to you.

To return a product we need pictures of the default and reason for return in writing before the 30 day cut-off for any sort of refund for shipping to apply.
