We begin by mastering the spiral technique — the foundation of every balanced, artful bouquet — and then head to the field to gather seasonal stems for your own hand-tied creation. Expect soft guidance, plenty of practice, and a bouquet that feels like you.

- Choosing & Layering Stems: focal, filler, floaty “air” pieces; colour stories and proportion.
- Field to Vase: how and when to harvest for long vase life, plus quick conditioning tips.
- Finishing Touches: tying off, trimming, wrapping, and at-home care — all foam-free and earth-friendly.

- Spiral demo + hands-on practice – we build muscle memory together.
- Harvest & select – pick your palette from the field.
- Design your bouquet – guided step-by-step, with space for your style.
- Tie, trim & wrap – finish beautifully; take-home care card included.

Our approach
We design with the seasons, celebrate locally grown blooms, and keep sustainability at the centre: chemical-free flowers, reusable mechanics, and mindful harvesting. Beauty that honours both the flower and the earth.
