 A small-group, three-day immersive flower farming experience designed for aspiring flower farmers, floral designers, growers, and entrepreneurs who want to build a thriving flower business from the ground up.

This is the in-person version of the Bud to Business programme, where we move beyond theory and spend three days planning, planting, learning, and growing together on the farm.

Over three days, you will work alongside Teneale Coetzee, walking through the exact systems, strategies, and growing methods used at Femme Pétale Flower Farm. Together, we will take your flower-growing dream and turn it into a practical, achievable plan that you can implement as soon as you return home.
